Quito — 7 nights

Light of America
Get a sense of the local culture at Museo Casa del Alabado and Maquipucuna Reserve. Museum-lovers will appreciate Museo de la Ciudad and Centro Cultural Metropolitano. Step out of Quito with an excursion to Termas de Papallacta in Papallacta--about 1h 20 min away. Saddle up on the 6th (Thu) and explore with a tour on horseback. On the 7th (Fri), spend a fun day on foot with Walking tours. The adventure continues: tour the pleasant surroundings at Cotopaxi National Park, see the interesting displays at Museo franciscano del Padre Almeida - Convento de san Diego, walk around Parque Itchimbia, and pause for some photo ops at La Virgen del Panecillo.
