Tivat — 3 nights

Known for its marina and promenade, Tivat bathes in sunshine during summer, making it an ideal stop for trips around Kotor Bay.
Change things up with these side-trips from Tivat: Cetinje (Njegoš Mausoleum & Lovćen National Park). There's lots more to do: delve into the distant past at St. Tryphon Cathedral, take in the spiritual surroundings of St. Nikola Church, make a trip to Kotor City Walls & Fortress, and take in the architecture and atmosphere at Our Lady of the Rocks.

One of Europe's most relaxed and newest capital cities, Podgorica sits on the confluence of two rivers, with two sides of it offering two different options for exploring.
Step out of Podgorica to go to Dabojevići and see Ostrog Monastery, which is approximately 58 minutes away. The adventure continues: indulge your senses at some of the top wineries in the area, pause for some serene contemplation at Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ, take in the views from Millennium Bridge, and contemplate the waterfront views at Morača River.

Getting from Tivat to Podgorica by car takes about 2 hours. Other options: take a bus. Cap off your sightseeing on the 6th (Mon) early enough to go by car back home.
