San Juan — 3 nights

Walled City

Founded by the Spanish in 1521, San Juan is the oldest city under U.S. jurisdiction and one of the oldest in the Americas.
Explore hidden gems such as Santa Maria Magdalena de Pazzis Cemetery and Yokahu Observation Tower. Venture out of the city with trips to Kayaking & Canoeing (in Fajardo), El Yunque National Forest (in El Yunque National Forest) and Zipline (in Rio Grande). The adventure continues: Head underground at Cueva del Indio.

To see maps, photos, and other tourist information, you can read our San Juan online tour planner.

If you are flying in from United States, the closest major aiport is Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. Expect a daytime high around 85°F in March, and nighttime lows around 73°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 26th (Mon) so you can travel back home.
