Founded by the Spanish in 1521, San Juan is the oldest city under U.S. jurisdiction and one of the oldest in the Americas.
On the 21st (Wed), cast your line with a fishing tour, then appreciate the extensive heritage of Sitio Histórico de San Juan, and then get to know the fascinating history of Old San Juan. Utuado is a municipality of Puerto Rico located in the central mountainous region of the island known as La Cordillera Central. Kick off your visit on the 23rd (Fri): delve into the distant past at Parque Ceremonial Indigena de Caguana, let the river carry you with Tanama Cave Tubing Day Tours, and then Head underground at Aventura Cueva Ventana.

For sixty years until 2003, most of the Isla de Vieques was closed off to the public, with the US Navy using the island's beaches and surrounding waters for drills and testing of new military machinery, such as bombs.
Start off your visit on the 24th (Sat): kick back and relax at Playa Caracas, enjoy the sand and surf at Playa La Chiva, and then paddle through the water with a kayaking and canoeing tour.
