  • Great place for pictures. Stunning views in every direction. The fort is a very educational site. And the staff is very friendly. I would recommend it to anyone.

  • Feeling the history, the sun, enjoying the view, learning about life in the same place at a different time... really cool.

  • There is so much to see and so much history here. The views are stunning and the structure is amazing. To think people could build something on this scale in the 1500's is mind blowing. There's something for everyone, if you're visiting alone or have a family. The ticket is also good for the castle, and you can split up the visits into different days. The fort is A LOT to take in, the castle is a lot easier. Also, there's a lot of local food and shopping nearby. A lot of people fly kites out front, it's neat to see and great for kids.
  • Wow Wow Wow, to see such a Beautiful Place and learn the history was Amazing. The green field where people good just relax and take in the sunset was Stunning! This is one of the places we definitely wanted to see while in this Beautiful Country and it will not disappoint. Best place in town to see the sunset for sure!!! The inside closes at 4:30 so make sure you get there in time to take the tour.
