  • Beautiful beach are with calm waters!! We parked at los kioskos and walked over a small bridge to get to this side. This was after hurricane fiona so it did not have many visitors. The balneario moserrate entrance and facilities were closed and they looked a bit rundown but wow what a gorgeous beach area!!
  • This section of Luquillo beach was relaxed and very family oriented. There's plenty of parking and there are life guards till about 5pm. The water is clear and calm with little to no waves. However on the Sunday we visited, the waters appeared to have stirred up the sand so we were denied that crystal clear shoreline. The bathrooms, showers and lockers were very clean and well kept; you can use them for only $1. Arrive early because this part of the beach closes at 6pm.
