The largest water park in Portugal, Slide & Splash - Parque Aquatico - Water Slide Park features fast and slow slides, pools, Jacuzzis, river rafting, and bird and reptile shows. Spread across 3 hectares (7 acres) of space, the park also includes large grassy areas. Stretch out underneath an umbrella on a lounge chair or get a snack from one of several restaurants and cafes. Try out big wiggling toboggans, zoom down enclosed tubes that end with a splash, encounter water-spitting dragons, and meet birds of prey, parrots, snakes, and other animal performers. You'll find numerous play areas and attractions for kids throughout the park. Parking is free. A great experience if you visit after Summer. Few people visit the park on October thus there are barely any lines, if any. Food on the park is horrible, so take your own.

Great day out. Most fun is to be had with children and adults over 120cm, but children over 90cm can go on quite a few slides with a grown up. The toddler area is fun, but the water is very cold so keep plenty of towels handy for young children. Food is usual fast food at a steep price as expected so bring a picnic. Easy to spend a day here and well worth the cost if you do!
