This trip to the island is fun. No getting off, but the boat gets close to the island. To get good photos you need a good telephoto lens. Wish I had taken my video camera with zoom. Anyway the Crew members were really helpful. We combined this with walking to both waterfalls. I advise getting off cruise ship early to avoid hordes of fellow cruisers. Book online in advance, there aren’t many other tours. This was a beautiful place.

Great experience!! The crew and staff are very nice and passionate about whales with a lot of knowledge to share. 🐳 We had the luck of seeing big groups of white beaked dolphins and icelandic killer whales and enjoyed a behavior explanation from the crew wich was super interesting!! Will definitely recommend but keep in mind that these tours are not like going to the zoo. It's all about respecting and admiring nature in all its unpredictability. That is what makes it so special. 5 🌟
