One of the biggest ski resorts in the Andes, Las Lenas draws winter sport enthusiasts with its powder snow and favorable weather conditions. Constructed in the 1980s, the resort offers outstanding opportunities for off-piste and extreme skiing. Novice and less experienced skiers and snowboarders can take advantage of nearly 30 runs, ranging from easy to challenging. Great tracks, and great snow most of the season. Off tracks are easy to find and also really fun. Views are excellent too. Problems are the snow by mid August, and the lifts are the slowest you'll ever encounter.

Perched in the amazing peaks of the Argentine Andes this is a small ski resort by European standards but the piste skiing is great as long as the Marte lift is open (maybe 50% of the time). The lifts are old and slow
