入り口すぐのトートバック売り場で足を止めてしまいがちですが、奥や二階にも違う種類のトートバックが置いてあります。Tシャツや小物類もかわいいので、じっくりお気に入りを見つけたいです。 more »
It tends to stop at the tote back department right after the entrance, but there are different types of tote bags on the back and upstairs. T-shirts and accessories are also cute, so I want to find a favorite carefully.View original -

Four floors of books to get lost in. If you want to find something in particular there are desks and cashiers on each floor to help you - they're fairly good at locating precisely where something is. The variety lends itself to finding excellent out-of-print books on all manner of subjects. They often have guest speakers on the fourth floor (Rare Books), those are events you really don't want to miss.

This place never fails to inspire or delight. Such hidden treasures here. It also very classic New York. I've bought so many books here over the years. New and used. Once I bought a used copy of Truman Capote's Breakfast at Tiffany's and discovered a handwritten post-it note inside that made me smile. I've also sold a good few books here and was very impressed by the efficiency of that process.
