You can touch the manta rays and starfish. It has a 6th floor that is a terrace - viewpoint from where there is an excellent view of the skyline of the financial area of Brickell and you can also have an excellent photo of the tourist and cargo port
Amazing place to go with kids. There are lots of fun activities. There is ample parking. It is also semi connected to the Perez Art Museum which happens to be a nice place to have lunch. The views are magnificent! Kids and adults will enjoy it immensely. There is a kids water play area so bring extra clothes just in case. We really enjoyed it.
I took my four year old son, and we really enjoyed our time. The planetarium show was incredible! My son loved the aquarium with the hammer head sharks, stingrays and other fish, the topography sensory station, the touch pool, and fossils. He was a little young for some of what was offered, but I would definitely go again. Also great cafe and coffee shop. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
