  • Now I know how spices really are supposed to look, smell, and taste! Far from what you typically find in grocery stores. Her food is amazing and the whole cooking class experience was so interesting! We will definitely be back! We live in Naples, FL and will make the drive just to eat her food! This is better tasting Indian food than any we have found at a restaurant!
  • My husband and I have taken two other classes with Ayesha, and a few weeks ago we took her new class, Meals in Minutes. It was an absolute delight! And as a family of two working adults and a toddler, quick meals are the only way we can get home cooked meals on the table. We love more elaborate meals for special occasions, but for the day to day, we can only afford the time it takes to cook quick meals. But it is equally important to us that the meals be healthy, and Ayesha’s recipes are very much both! I’ve already made two of the dishes she taught us in this new class. And at the class, people kept talking so much about the carrot fudge recipe from her prior class that we had also taken, my husband came home and made a batch that we ate and it was just as delicious as we’d remembered!
