I only wish I could give 10 stars. Ayesha is a wonderful teacher and incredible chef. The evening was full of wonderful aromas and delicious food. Ayesha's Kitchen is a gem and I hope to go again soon.
We can't get enough of Ayesha and her great recipes and talent. Whether you are a novice or an experienced cook she offers outstanding recipes, education and humor. After being locked out of the Murg Makhani aka Butter Chicken class for a few seasons because it filled up before I scheduled, it was delish. Experiencing Roti was such a simple delight as well. Thank you Ayesha for the class and so much more. I can honestly say my life is so much better and richer having met you. Now that I've taken several classes one or another of your recipes is part of my weekly meals cooked at home. Who knew a Cuban American would incorporate an indian dish into the weekly cuisine. Cheers...until next time, real soon. Too many to pick from....but I will not get locked out!
