  • Beautiful beach, lots of shells, very litlle seaweed and gentle waves. Bonus of the tortoises in the parking areas. To get to it, you drive through an expensive housing area then end at the beach...  more »

  • We loved this beach!!!! The best part was the 'hidden' path. Parking is $8 to get in and you can pay at the lot too. Once you go past the hut, my recommendation would be to go to the third lot all the way back. There were not as many people! If you pull all the way to the back of the 3rd lot where it starts to loop around, you'll see a white gate and a big dumpster. Go past those and you'll find a hidden path! It's about a 1.5 mile walk surrounded by trees, but also had hidden access to the beach along the way. When we were there, we saw many gopher tortoises that was fun for the kids! Be careful and don't park on the areas they have blocked off. The sand is perfect for making sand castles! The water was clean and we did see some park rangers checking on the place from time to time.
  • Very nice beach, it will cost you $8 to park all-day until sunset. Had lots of fun with family. If you are a Shell's collector this is the perfect beach for you. This park/beach has showers to rinse off and bathrooms. I recommend this beach to families with some children. Also the park provide you life jacket if you need it for kids FREE😊
