A seaside playground in the Caribbean, Rincon was a small agricultural and fishing town until it hosted the 1968 World Surfing Championship.
On the 26th (Thu), view the masterpieces at Playa Oeste Gallery, stop by Tres Puertas Art Gallery & Blue Mermaid Gift Shop, and then explore the world behind art at Museo de Arte de Aguadilla y del Caribe.

For sixty years until 2003, most of the Isla de Vieques was closed off to the public, with the US Navy using the island's beaches and surrounding waters for drills and testing of new military machinery, such as bombs.
On the 28th (Sat), stroll through Black Sand Beach, shop like a local with Gallery Galleon, then stop by Isla Vida, then take in the exciting artwork at Siddhia Hutchinson Fine Art Gallery, and finally hunt for treasures at Fish Market.
