While Luxembourg City boasts the shiny headquarters of several European institutions and EU offices, it is also home to a beautiful old town that's designated as a World Heritage Site.
Start off your visit on the 29th (Fri): explore the striking landscape at Casemates du Bock, then stroll the grounds of Luxembourg American Cemetery Memorial, then see the interesting displays at Mudam Luxembourg Modern Art Museum, and finally explore the historical opulence of Palace of the Grand Dukes (Palais Grand-Ducal).

Madrid, Spain to Luxembourg City is an approximately 5.5-hour flight. You can also take a train; or drive. Traveling from Madrid in June, expect Luxembourg City to be a bit cooler, temps between 25°C and 14°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 30th (Sat) to allow enough time to drive to Bruges.

Kick off your visit on the 30th (Sat): indulge your thirst for a good beer at De Halve Maan Brewery, then enjoy breathtaking views from Belfry of Bruges, and then contemplate the long history of Historic Centre of Brugge. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 1st (Sun): get to know the fascinating history of Beguinage (Begijnhof), admire the masterpieces at Groeningemuseum, then take in the spiritual surroundings of Basilica of the Holy Blood, and finally don't miss a visit to The Markt.
