Start off your visit on the 14th (Wed): don't miss a visit to Sarajevo Memorial for Children Killed during Siege, admire the masterpieces at Galerija 11/07/95, contemplate the long history of Gazi Husrev Begova Medresa, then pause for some serene contemplation at Church of the Holy Archangels Michael and Gabriel in Sarajevo, then appreciate the history behind Monument All Man Multicultural, and finally admire the sheer force of Skakavac. On the 15th (Thu), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: take in the spiritual surroundings of Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque, contemplate the long history of Old Sarajevo Clock Tower, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Emperor's Mosque, steep yourself in history at Sebilj Brunnen (Fountain), then pause for some serene contemplation at Katedrala Sarajevo, and finally examine the collection at War Childhood Museum.

Take a train from Mostar to Sarajevo in 2 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. Plan for little chillier temperatures traveling from Mostar in October, with highs in Sarajevo at 20°C and lows at 6°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 15th (Thu) to allow enough time to travel to Ljubljana.

You can do a combination of flight and shuttle from Sarajevo to Ljubljana in 4 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or fly. In October, daily temperatures in Ljubljana can reach 18°C, while at night they dip to 6°C. You will have some time to spend on the 23rd (Fri) before leaving for home.
