You'll lose 13 hours traveling from Winnipeg to Phuket Town due to the time zone difference. In February, Phuket Town is much hotter than Winnipeg - with highs of 38°C and lows of 26°C. When traveling from Chiang Rai in February, plan for a bit warmer days and about the same nights in Pai: temperatures range from 39°C by day to 18°C at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 1st (Sun) early enough to go by car to Chiang Mai.
