Rome, Italy to Tirana is an approximately 5.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and bus; or do a combination of train and bus. In August, plan for daily highs up to 39°C, and evening lows to 21°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 2nd (Fri) early enough to go by car to Pristina.

Nearly destroyed by war during the 1990s, the riverside city of Sarajevo now serves as one of the region's major educational, cultural, and commercial hubs.
On the 10th (Sat), steep yourself in history at Bascarsija and then get the lay of the land with Walking tours. On the next day, hike along Vrelo Bosne, then don't miss a visit to Sarajevo War Tunnel, and then explore the world behind art at Galerija 11/07/95.

Traveling by flight from Larnaca to Sarajevo takes 5.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of car and ferry; or do a combination of ferry and bus. The time zone changes from Eastern European Time to Central European Time, which is usually a -1 hour difference. In August, Sarajevo is slightly colder than Larnaca - with highs of 33°C and lows of 16°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 11th (Sun) to allow enough time to drive to Zabljak.
