Start off your visit on the 3rd (Fri): get great views at Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, don't miss a visit to Meiji Jingu Shrine, then ponder the world of politics at Tokyo Metropolitan Government Buildings, then admire the landmark architecture of Tokyo Tower, and finally get your game on at Owl cafe Akiba Fukurou.
