A series of warehouses turned into coffee shop, restaurants, bookstore and decor shop. It's nice and quiet place to work in. Sometimes they held arts and crafts fair. As for the price, they do use biodegradable straws and cups, someone's gotta pay for that :)
A wonderful and engaging ambience with limited seats and tables. The prices of food and beverage are high, and one that's catered to the middle class and above. Staff are friendly and polite. Parking is very limited.
