The Human Body Museum, Bangkok

4.1
#47 of 87 in Museums in Bangkok
In 2012, Chulalongkorn University was donated human specimens made of real human bodies from Japan.

These specimens had been made through the particular process called “Plastination” which erased all the liquid and stink. With such process, it allows us to see every single detail of human body and organs to learn more about how the human body functions and how life-style choices affect the body. The exhibition includes approximately 130 specimens which 14 of them are full body figures. And we would like to welcome everyone to join and explore!

  • Very interesting. Especially as i am interested in the medical field. There is no admition fee, there is a donation box so you can pay as much as you feel.
  • Interesting place to spend a few moments. Bit hard to find it's on the ninth floor of the hospital. Also close to dental museum.
