A little complicated to get there as a little far from the tourist area of Bangkok, but be tenacious and especially ask for the meter at the taxi. Beautiful and excellent day she receives you really very well and is caring she and her whole team I highly recommend this activity
Nous avons déjà été accueilli au point de rdv où nous avons eu un peu de retard, mais la chef cuistot nous a attendu et reçu très chaleureusement. Nous avons été dans un marché local (loin des marchés... more »We were already greeted at the meeting point where we were a little late, but the chef was waiting for us and received very warmly. We were in a local market (away from the tourist markets), the chef explained how to choose her food well and be sure of their freshness and we filled our basket as we went with the food we were going to cook. The chef was funny, interested in the lives of her apprentices and interesting. After the races we went to where the course was taking place. She first introduced us to some aromatic plants and flowers and then invited us to enjoy a superb fresh Thai tea very welcome given the heat of that day, this tea had a taste that we had not tasted in 3 weeks in Thailand, it was perfect. Then we started the cooking class starting with the famous Kong tom yum! I was a little upset with this soup, but her recipe and the way I did things reconciled me with that soup, she was really good. Yes, because we ate what we had prepared and if we were never more hungry she could prepare us doggybag, but we managed to set the 4 meals with pleasure in our belly, everything was so good, all its flavors ... Hummm. It was the day of our return to Paris, we had our suitcases with us, which she kept a few hours to relieve us and allow us to relax our few hours remaining before the airport. And for all this, thanks to her, thanks to all the team that was well organized back office, It was a high quality course in joy, good humor, humor, and flavors. I recommend to all curious who want to bring back a little Thailand in their daily (in addition a small booklet was offered to us with a summary of all the recipes made that day, top!) Enjoy
