As a party group you should be there before 10pm to get a reasonably attractive table at the edge, 90% of the tables are reserved anyway. If you are alone and just want to hold a drink in your hand, you can also come 11pm, from then on the club is brimming. In a nutshell, something about the different areas ... The Main Stage: Typical Thai Club stand here standing tables on the dance floor and the locals meet regularly for a drink together at loud Pop/Dance/Charts music. This area is equipped with a DJ stage, behind it LED panels on which music videos run. There is no real dance floor before that, you dance between the standing tables and on the corridors. At the side sit the VIPs, opposite the stage is the bar. The lighting effects are really good, but it goes much better ... 2nd Stage EDM (the hottest room in Bkk): Absolutely "must see" is the EDM dance floor, it has a small bar and is otherwise a room pure for dancing. I would like to warn all epileptics, this room quickly overwhelms the senses, because it is equipped all around with LED matrix panels (floor/wall/wall/blanket) and immediately puts you in a dance full rush to insane EDM music. 3rd Stage Thai Live Music: In the style of a typical Thai bar, a live band plays current Thai hits and one or the other pop song. Usually you only get stuck here for a short time, while you want to visit the toilets, or if you want to drink a beer with live music as a European in order to relax your eyes briefly. Other highlights: The aisle in front of the toilet is the absolute selfie hotspot, it has mirror walls and there are hundreds of colour-changing lamps hanging from the ceiling. Between Main Stage and 3rd-Stage there is still a transit room with large video wall in front of which you can take great group photos. Furthermore, outside there is a fantastic outside-chill area with sofas and tables, you can order or smoke small Thai snacks. At the 300 baht admission, 200 baht beverage vouchers are included, which are then charged by the waiters. For example, the European Sparfuches Group orders a bottle of Smirnoff Vodka (1x 1900 baht) and a few soft drinks (6x 80 baht) as well as a bucket of ice cream or lime slices (~ 100 baht). All Thais will treat themselves to at least Belvedere Vodka for about 3200 baht, but they can have their half-full bottles stored until the next party weekend, because most are regular guests with pre-reserved tables. In Route66 you will find normal middle class Thais, but also the very well situated, so no or hardly any ladies from the red light corner and no sunken Chinese. However, intercultural contacts also have normal Thais, so always look friendly and flirt a bit ... It always goes what. From 2 o 'clock, however, it will be bright in the club and you have to move on to the afterparty ... The taxi drivers always know where else something goes and drive one for 100 baht (they get commission when they drive guests directly to a club). So the Sparfuches Group looks at the fact that the nearest club is close to the hotel and simply charges admission to the afterparty against an expensive taxi tour directly to the hotel;-)
Massive areas for dancing and different tastes in music, including an extensive outside area. Diverse crowds of people. Great DJ's. Drinks are reasonably priced. Service is friendly. Bottle service available. A good place to dance and let go.
Had a fun time here. The music was good and the people were fun. Unfortunately there isn't really a dancefloor in the hip hop room, so you just kind of have to find space between the tables.
