The space, the surroundings and the views are spectacular. We were a group of 17 people and we had one of the best sensory experiences we had ever had (the red moon coming out of the Mediterranean Sea, while an astronomy expert made a scientific explanation for what was going on, by the way, this speaker's knowledge is excellent. The food would define it as disappointing and justite (reheated catering). But up to that point the experience was still satisfying because the views were making up for it all... But it's time to march... it should be noted that the Observatory is located in an isolated point of the Sierra de Collserola, and access there if you do not go by car is complicated. Upon arrival we were given the phone of a taxi company telling us to call 20 minutes early to request the service. We called 45 minutes in advance and in the end the taxis took more than 1 and a half hours to arrive. The whole service was in a hurry to march and ended up closing the observatory (I repeat, lost in the middle of the mountain), leaving us more than 25 people at the door waiting for taxis for more than 45 minutes! I think the price of dinner deserves that at least have a little empathy with the customers and when the visit ends they have taxis at the door for the people who have requested them. We feel abandoned and mistreated.... when we left they still stayed there people waiting pretty desperately... very bad this point... they should take into account the limitations of the space and offer a solution so that customers do not leave with a bad final feeling...

I've never done such a negative assessment in my life. I feel ripped off. The person who kindly answered me by phone at the time of booking, when I participated my concern about the possibility of bad weather, assured me that if this possibility occurred, very remote on those dates, the activity was canceled and rescheduled. We both agree that the driving and determining factor of the evening is being able to dine under a starry sky and hold the astronomical conference in those conditions. Well, 1 hour before the start of the activity I called to confirm the act (it was raining intensely in my locality and my conviction that it would be rescheduled was total), I was told that it was not canceled, that it could be done without any problem.... ???? I came to think that in Collserola they had a microclimate. I barely been able to access the observatory, heavy rain and NIEBLA. The car we leave it in the "comfortable" parking on the access road to the observatory approaching the vehicle as close as possible to the elevation of the ravine (careful when leaving) and leave way for other cars to pass through the road, all that raining. But the best thing was to access from the car the observatory building, an authentic barrizal in which some delicate feminine shoes left their mark and some pedicures lost their charm. The dinner very improveable, being generous, but that would be secondary and even anecdotal, if the previous foundations had been respected. But they ask me for an opinion and here I leave it.... in parts. The space.- Like you could not dine on the terrace (remember is "Sopar amb stars "). it was raining FROM 24 HOURS!!!! interior spaces were enabled, these were the conference room (I was lucky, I touched myself there) and the museum space.. Pathetic!!! precarious tables placed around the pillar that supports the telescope and surrounded by various instruments. A couple was "accommodated" alongside monitors who aneerily gave data on some seismic phenomenon in Asia. I'm not going to recreate myself with an indigestible toothpaste or a veal to the three cooks that would have needed a few more. or cook a meat of worthy quality, I will just say that I left in the 3 dishes more than half ... And I'm good at food; certain piece of sardines marinated with nigiri was very good. For all this I will tell you that, being Catalan, I fully understand the maxim of "the pela... it's the peel," but this thing I experienced yesterday, June 11, 2019, went over the line. Aquesta protest is written in Castellá perqué la thought to publish to the mevas xarxas socials i vull that follow understandable per a the best quantitat de persones possible. Au. Adeu!!
