  Some time ago I participated in an initiation training to culinary techniques in this gastronomic school. It was very interesting and what i learned is very useful in my day to day in the kitchen. From the experience I recommend calquiera of their workshops, surely the current ones will also be very well worked and full of information that will change the way we see gastronomy. Thank you for your dedication to organizing successful workshops!

  Morning workshop of molecular cuisine. I had the feeling that VAT be style masterclas but did not, the teacher was fantastic but seemed little organized where missed me any elaboration of my classmates and was a penalty.

  Hice el curso de cocina para principiantes y la verdad es que está bien. Pero no me gusto el trato de la cocinera por parte de su exigencia como si fuéramos a salir cocineros expertos, cuando mi finalidad era para aprender para uso domicilio. Creo que debe bajarse los humos y hacer la metodología de otra forma. Y el precio es demasiado caro para mi gusto.

  I Did the cooking course for beginners and the truth is that it's fine. But I did not like the Cook's treatment on the part of her requirement as if we were to leave expert cooks, when my purpose was to learn for home use. I Think we should put down the fumes and do the methodology in a different way. And the price is too expensive for my liking.
