Cinema Roma represents an example of the Italian influence on Eritrean architecture and culture. Visit to get an insight into the life and art of the early 20th century in the capital, through the design of the cinema, which still works today. See the entrance, richly decorated with a large grey marble surface carved with its name, and insight you’ll feel like you’ve gone back to the '30s, when the cinema was built.     Lovely century old cinema with original features and lots of object d’art. The main theatre is really impressive and worth a look. Make sure you get a macchiato in the stylish, bustling cafe.  more »
