Rio Celeste, Tenorio Volcano National Park

Trek into the rainforest and observe the colorful waters of Rio Celeste. Located at the meeting point of two rivers, and near a dramatic waterfall, the water is colored by the special minerals found in the rocks and riverbed, creating an excellent scene to admire and photograph. Unfortunately, you can no longer swim in the vibrant waters, but the hike through the jungle and the chance to see the natural phenomenon make the experience worthwhile. Be sure to bring sturdy boots for the trail, and don’t forget your camera. • I Think it's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. It Is located in a national park so to get to the you have to walk a while. It is very worthwhile the waterfall and walk to where the river Celeste is born and it is really interesting! Even if you have to move from afar, this spectacular river deserves it.
