I was skeptical about going here, but it turned out to be really fun. My friends and I took a break from hiking and decided to come here. The woman who walked us through the conservatory was so sweet and knowledgeable! I hate that I can't remember her name right now, but she is from Australia and told us that she works there doing something similar. You could just see the passion and care she has for the butterflies and environment. It's surreal having all those beautiful colorful butterflies flying around you.
Very interesting place to learn about butterflies and frogs with a nice short nature trail to explore. Volunteers were very friendly and knowledgeable. It is a little off the beaten path without tons of tourists. Nice local restuarant down the road for a delicious lunch.
